2005 Festival Honorees

The evening will honor Mercedes and Hector Lutteroth Camou and Judith and Neil Morgan. The Morgans are both authors who have written about the complex cross-border relationship between San Diego and Tijuana. The Lutteroths have also been involved with business and community activities on both sides of the border.
